Mit dem Z9GT präsentiert sich DENZA, die neue Premiummarke der BYD Gruppe, erstmals in Europa. Der Shooting Brake verbindet elegantes Design mit elektrischem Grand-Touring-Komfort und bietet in der vollelektrischen Allradversion bis zu 600 km Reichweite (WLTP). Die Blade Battery 2.0 und die von BYD entwickelte FLASH-Charging-Technologie setzen neue Massstäbe beim Laden: Mit dem FLASH Charging lädt die Batterie in 5 Minuten von 10 auf 70 Prozent und in 9 Minuten von 10 auf 97 Prozent. Selbst bei -30 °C lässt sie sich in 12 Minuten von 20 auf 97 Prozent laden. Der Z9GT ist zudem bereits mit der Hardware für den von BYD selbst entwickelten City Navigation on Driving Assistant (CNOA) ausgestattet, eine Fahrerassistenzfunktion des «God’s Eye»-Systems. Die erweiterten Assistenzfunktionen für den Stadtverkehr sollen in Europa ab 2027 per Over-the-Air-Update verfügbar werden, vorbehaltlich der erforderlichen Zulassungen.

The Z9GT marks the European debut of DENZA, the BYD Group’s new premium brand. The shooting brake combines elegant design with electric grand touring comfort and offers up to 600 km of range (WLTP) in its all-electric, all-wheel-drive version. Blade Battery 2.0 and BYD’s FLASH Charging technology set new benchmarks for charging: with FLASH Charging, the battery charges from 10 to 70 per cent in 5 minutes and from 10 to 97 per cent in 9 minutes. Even at -30°C, it can charge from 20 to 97 per cent in 12 minutes. The Z9GT is also already equipped with the hardware for BYD’s in-house-developed “God’s Eye” city navigation on driving assistant (CNOA) – a driver assistance system. Its enhanced urban driving assistance functions are expected to become available in Europe from 2027 via an over-the-air update, subject to the necessary regulatory approvals.
